How you can pay for your order

Your payment method determines which delivery options you can choose. That’s why we’ve divided them into two groups: payment in advance and payment on delivery. Below you’ll find a description of each option. If anything is still unclear, write to us — we’ll be happy to help.

Payment in advance

If you pay for your order before shipment, you can choose from all delivery methods: InPost courier, DPD courier, parcel locker, pallet, and non-standard shipment.

Prepayment = faster shipping We see electronic payments immediately, so your order goes into processing right away. With cash on delivery and traditional bank transfer, the process takes a bit longer.

PayU — electronic payments The fastest option. Pay by payment card, BLIK, or via a redirect to your online banking. We see the payment instantly, allowing us to process your order faster. Transactions are encrypted — we don’t receive your card details or your online banking credentials.

PayPal — electronic payments Requires a PayPal account. Pay by payment card or with funds in your PayPal balance. We also see this payment immediately. With this method, you can pay in PLN or in EUR.

Traditional bank transfer A classic option. After placing your order, we’ll send you the transfer details: account number, company name, amount, and the reference you need to enter. You initiate the transfer yourself — via your online banking, at the post office, or at a payment point.

For traditional bank transfers, allow two to three days for the payment to be posted. We only start processing the order after it’s posted, so if time is of the essence, choose PayU or PayPal.

Payment on delivery

If you prefer to pay upon delivery, choose one of the cash-on-delivery options: InPost courier, DPD courier, or parcel locker.

Cash on delivery to the courier You pay the courier when the package is delivered. Prepare the exact amount in cash — most couriers do not accept card payments.

Parcel locker with cash on delivery You’ll collect the package from a parcel locker, but before removing it you’ll pay in the InPost app — most often with BLIK. You can’t pay cash at the parcel locker.

We do not send pallet or non-standard shipments with cash on delivery. These orders require prepayment.

Which method to choose

Time-sensitive — PayU or PayPal. The order starts processing right after payment.
Paying in euros — PayPal.
Prefer to pay upon collection — cash on delivery with the courier or at a parcel locker. Remember this delivery costs 5 PLN more.
Ordering a pallet or a non-standard shipment — prepayment required.
